There are so many women who say they don’t have time right now to go after their goals.
So they stopped making them.
Yet they still show up in your head.
When you are dreaming at night.
When you are walking in the woods and your mind wanders.
Make it a great one!
When you are driving and realize you missed your exit because you were thinking “What if?”
If you are using time as your excuse, I am giving you 3 ways for you to find more time.
Here ya go!
- Get off social media. That is the biggest time sucker of all. Before you know it an hour has gone by yet you are sitting there asking, Where did the time go?
- Get up earlier. How many times do you hit the snooze button in the mornings? If it’s at least 2 times, well that’s 20 minutes of time you are losing. Those crappy 10 minute sleep cycle will do nothing for you except make you feel more tired.
- Actually schedule what it is that you want to do into your day. I schedule my exercise. If I don’t I will magically find ways to be too busy to do it.
The point is, you can always find ways to procrastinate. What is important is that you find a way to decrease your chances of doing it. Procrastinatin is usually a direct result of some fear we have. We may no the source of the fear or it may just be something that stays hidden. If you don’t know why you are continuously finding ways to put off doing something you say you want to do and blaming it on no time, then this is the time to find out why.
Because I promise you, by following 1 or all 3 of these tips, I promise you that you could probably find an hour in your day. Or at the very least, an hour or so for the week.
And that’s the hour you work on your goals.
That’s when you knock out another step toward your dream.
I would love to hear what ways you find in your day to make time for you and your goals!
Simply send me an email and tell me about it!
