Last summer I left a corporate nursing position for a role with less responsibilities, hopefully meaning less stress. However, 7 months later I noticed that I was still feeling so much stress. I was actually getting sick more often and having more GI issues.
How can that be?
After working with my coach, I figured out, it was my brain.
Even though my job was less stressful, and I enjoyed what I was doing, my brain was still running a million miles an hour about every other possible thing I could think of.

-scrapbooking
-jammin’ to my 80’s rock
-journaling
-daily devotion
-exercise
